- "Your household has exceeded the number of simultaneous screens. You can upgrade your current subscription to include additional screens or stop viewing on another screen. For more information go tohubbl.com.au/screens."
- "Device streaming limit reached."
Check device limit
If you’re seeing this message, you may be streaming the app on more devices at the same time than your subscription allows.
You can check your subscription type or upgrade your plan. Select an option below depending on how you're billed:
Billed directly by Hubbl?
- Login to My Account.
- Select Manage Subscriptions under My Subscriptions.
- When you subscribe to the app, there'll be a tick next to the app tile.
- Select Edit next to the app.
- Here, you can view and change your plan.
