Can I buy a new or additional Hubbl remote?
Yes. To purchase new or additional remotes, please contact us and our Hubbl Help team can organise this. The remote will be shipped via Australia Post and is expected to arrive within 2-5 business days in metropolitan areas, or 4-10 business days in regional areas.
Can I buy a different coloured remote?
What if I’ve lost or damaged my remote?
If you’ve lost or damaged the remote that came with the Hubbl device, you can purchase a replacement by contacting us.
Can I buy a new remote through a third-party retailer?
No. At this stage, if you need to purchase a Hubbl remote, please contact us and our Hubbl Help team can organise this.
If I buy a new remote, is it covered under warranty?

How can I replace a faulty Hubbl remote?
We recommend trying online troubleshooting to resolve the issue. If you’ve attempted troubleshooting and the remote is under warranty, click here to submit a claim.
If you purchased the device through a third-party and the remote is faulty, you can return it to the store of purchase or lodge a warranty claim through Hubbl.
What's the warranty period for the Hubbl remote?
The remote that comes with the Hubbl Glass or Hubbl Hub is covered under the same warranty period as the device. For example, if you have a Hubbl Glass and the remote stops working after 12 months, it's included under the Hubbl Glass 24-month warranty.
If you’ve purchased a remote separately, this is covered by a 12-month warranty.
