Use the remote
To use the Hubbl remote control, make sure:
- the remote is paired to the Hubbl device. For steps on how to do this, see 'How do I manually pair the Hubbl remote' steps here.
- the remote is within one metre of the Hubbl device.
- there is a clear line of sight between the remote and the Hubbl device.
Unpair and repair the Hubbl remote
On the Hubbl remote:
- Press and hold the 7 and 9 buttons at the same time for three seconds.
- Press and hold the 1 and 3 buttons at the same time for three seconds and follow the on-screen instructions.
Check batteries
- Remove the entire back cover of the remote by sliding it down. Follow the direction of the arrow on the back of the remote.
- The remote comes with paper to protect the battery. If not fully removed, small pieces can be left behind. Remove any paper blocking the batteries and try to use the remote.
If there's no paper, or the above did not work, continue with troubleshooting below. - Try replacing batteries with new AAA batteries, ensuring the correct positioning.
- Slide the back cover back into place and press firmly to close.
- Press the Home button to launch the home screen.
Check remote warranty status
It looks like your remote control may need to be replaced. If you received your remote control with your Hubbl device, the warranty period will match the device warranty period:
- Hubbl Glass: 2 years
- Hubbl: 1 year
Note:If you purchased the remote control separately, it comes with a 1 year warranty.
If the remoteisunder warranty, submit a warranty claim.
