How do I set up Hubbl Hub?
Follow the steps below to set up.
1. Connect the cables
- Plug one end of the provided HDMI cable into the Hubbl Hub, and the other end into your TV’s HDMI port.
- Plug the power cable into the Hubbl Hub and connect it to power supply.
- If you have an existing aerial connection, you can connect the aerial cable to the Hubbl Hub to receive live TV channels.
Note:If you don’t have a TV aerial, you can access free-to-air channels in the TV Guide by signing in to the free-to-air apps. For more information, click here.
2. Prepare the remote
The Hubbl remote comes with a paper tab that must be removed before use.
If the tab has torn or was not fully removed, small pieces can be left behind. You can remove the entire back cover of the remote by sliding it down to remove any leftover pieces.
3. Start the guided set-up
Ensure the power is turned on at the power point and follow the on-screen prompts. This will guide you through how to:
- connect to WiFi
- pair the remote
- set up the remote to control volume and turn your TV on or off
- register the Hubbl Hub to your existing Hubbl account or sign up as a new customer
- set parental controls for Pay-Per-View purchases
- set the Hubbl Hub's location to identify when casting music or videos
- scan live free-to-air TV channels
- set up free-to-air apps.
4. Sign in to apps
Once you've set up the Hubbl Hub, you can start signing in to apps. You won't need to sign in to Kayo Sports, BINGE , Flash or LifeStyle because they share the same login details as your Hubbl subscription and will automatically be available to access on the device.
For all other apps, if you already have an existing subscription, you can login using your existing login details or sign up to a new subscription if you don’t currently have one. For more information, click here.

Once you've set up your device and signed in to apps, you can start personalising your viewing experience with features such as Voice Control, Universal Search, personalised Watchlists, a universal Continue Watching carousel, and many more.

What if I'm missing equipment?
Along with the Hubbl device, you should have received a Hubbl remote and batteries, a HDMI cable and power cable.
