By default, your PIN will be the last four digits of the mobile number linked to your account unless you change it.
Note: If the mobile number linked to your account is updated, the default PINwill notchange.
If your PIN isn't being accepted during set up, follow these steps:
- On the mobile device you’re using to scan the QR code, visit hubbl.com.au/logout.
- Unplug the Hubbl device from the power source.
- Turn off the broadband modem. The modem must stay off until step 6 has been completed.
- Connect the Hubbl device to power again. You'll see “No WiFi connection” on screen - scroll down and select Settings .
- Select System Management , then Resets & Updates .
- Select Factory Reset , then Continue.
- Reconnect the broadband modem and follow the prompts on screen to set up the Hubbl device.
If the above steps don’t resolve the issue, follow the “forgot PIN” prompts on screen to reset the PIN, or submit an enquiry and we’ll be in touch as soon as possible.
