Register a Hubbl device
If you’ve purchased a Hubbl device directly through Hubbl, the device will be automatically registered to your account and you’ll just need to activate your device via the guided setup.
If you’ve purchased a device via a third-party retailer or second-hand, or you didn’t go through guided setup within 30 days of purchasing your device via Hubbl, you’ll need to register it to your Hubbl account. For help with setting up a second-hand device, click here.
You can register a device online in My Account, or on the device itself by following these steps:
- Plug in and set up the device.
- Follow the prompts on screen to register the device to your Hubbl account.
Deregister a Hubbl device
If you plan to re-sell or gift a registered Hubbl device, or want to register the device to someone else's name, you’ll need to deregister it to remove the device from your account. You can do this online through My Account:
- Login to My Account.
- Under My Devices, select Manage devices.
- Select the device to deregister, then select De-register device.
- Review and confirm the details onscreen.
Factory reset after deregistering
After deregistering the device, it's important that you also perform a factory reset to erase all personal data and revert settings back to default:
- Press Home and scroll down to Settings .
- Select System management .
- Select Resets & updates .
- Select Factory reset, then Continue.
