If you’re experiencing a fault with a Hubbl Glass or Hubbl Hub, we have extensive online troubleshooting available. If troubleshooting hasn't resolved the issue, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund if the device is deemed faulty and still under warranty. To submit a warranty claim, click here. This applies to devices bought directly from Hubbl or via a third-party retailer.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. What constitutes a major failure is set out in the Australian Consumer Law.
What is Hubbl's warranty period?
Each warranty starts from the date of purchase of the Hubbl device, which is reflected on the receipt provided by Hubbl or an authorised reseller or distributor.
The warranty period of each Hubbl device is identified below:
- Hubbl (including remote) - 12 months
- Hubbl Glass (including remote) - 24 months
- Hubbl remote (when purchased separate to device) - 12 months
This includes any repair or replacement until the end of the original warranty period, or three months from the date a repair was carried out or replacement delivered.

How do I lodge a warranty claim?
If the device is under warranty, click here to submit your claim. If you’ve purchased the device through a third-party, you can return it to the store of purchase or lodge a warranty claim through Hubbl.
What's covered by warranty?
Hubbl warranty covers:
- power supply faults
- sound or speaker faults
- cable or input faults
- remote control faults
- software failure
- faulty or damaged devices when delivered.
What's not covered by warranty?
Warranty does not extend to:
- loss caused by normal wear and tear
- damage caused by misuse, accidental or deliberate damage
- damage caused by using equipment, software or cabling not supplied by or on behalf of Streamotion, or advised by Streamotion, for use with the Hubbl device
- cosmetic damage which does not affect the functionality of the Hubbl device (such as scratches, dents, corrosion or colour loss
- loss or damage caused by:
- incorrect operation or not following the instructions (as stated in the information provided with the Hubbl device);
- improper installation unless that loss or damage is caused by Streamotion;
- incorrect or improper maintenance;
- incorrect voltage or non-authorised electrical connections;
- events beyond Streamotion's or our supplier’s reasonable control;
- repair, modification or other work carried out on the Hubbl device other than by authorised Streamotion agents;
- image ghosting or screen burn
- pixel spots (tiny dark or bright spots that may become visible on screen)
- picture quality affected by any of the following:
- a misaligned or unsuitable TV aerial;
- climatic conditions;
- geographical location;
- poor quality or low strength broadcast signal;
- data loss
- consumables such as batteries, fuses, bulbs
- if the Hubbl device has been used commercially or for business purposes.
How will my faulty device be replaced?

A replacement Hubbl Hub will be sent to you via Australia Post. When you’ve received the replacement, you can dispose of the faulty device responsibly at your local e-waste facility.
