Hubbl offers free delivery Australia-wide on all Hubbl Hub orders. All orders will be shipped via Australia Post.
Once shipped, your order is expected to arrive within 2-5 business days in metropolitan areas, and 4-10 business days in regional areas.
How can I track my order once it’s been shipped?
What if I’m not available when my order arrives?
If Australia Post is unable to leave the package in a secure location, it will be taken to your local post office. You’ll receive an email or SMS from Australia Post confirming that the parcel is ready for collection.
If your package isn’t collected within 10 business days, Australia Post will return the Hubbl device, the order will be cancelled and you’ll receive a refund.
What if I haven't received my tracking details?
Tracking information from Australia Post is sent on business days once the order has been dispatched, so if you've ordered on a weekend, you'll receive your tracking information on the next business day.
If you haven't received an SMS from Australia Post, check if you ordered the device with another Hubbl account that you share with a friend or family member. If so, check if they received the tracking SMS. Once you've received the device, you can select ' This is not me ' during setup and follow the prompts to register the device to the correct account.
