How do I sign in to apps?
Kayo Sports, BINGE, Flash or LifeStyle
You won’t need to sign in to Kayo Sports, BINGE, Flash or LifeStyle as they share the same login details as your Hubbl subscription, also known as your Hubbl ID. When you subscribe to these apps, the content will automatically be available to access on the device.
Other apps
If you already have an existing subscription, you can login using your existing login details for each individual app, or sign up to a new subscription if you don’t currently have one.
Note:Your login details don’t need to be the same as your Hubbl ID.
Can I sign in to Kayo Sports, BINGE or Flash with different login details?
No. Once you’ve registered the Hubbl device to your account, any Hubbl subscriptions (Kayo, BINGE or Flash) attached to that account will automatically be available on device.
Can I reorder apps?
Yes, you can reorder apps to make it easier to navigate to your most-used or preferred apps. To do this:
- Navigate to Settings by scrolling down from the home screen, or via voice search.
- Scroll across to Viewing Preferences, then scroll down to Set up favourite apps.
- Using the left/right buttons, choose an app and press the select button to set its order.
- Keep selecting apps in the order you’d like them to appear, then select Continue.
Can I download new apps or remove any of the apps?
No, apps cannot be downloaded or removed from the Hubbl device. All apps available can be accessed via the Apps & Inputs carousel.
Are Parental Controls available on apps?
Yes, there are different Parental Control settings depending on how you’re using the device. While your Hubbl PIN is unable to set parental controls for individual apps, you can restrict content by:
Kayo Sports, BINGE , Flash and LifeStyle
- Setting classification restrictions
Apps other than Kayo Sports, BINGE , Flash and LifeStyle
- Setting a PIN to restrict launching apps, or
- Setting Parental Controls within each of the apps.
