When am I charged by Hubbl?
Apps billed monthly by Hubbl are billed on individual dates each month, based on the date you added the subscription. For example, if you added an app on March 10, your billing date will be on or around the 10th of each month.
Note: If the date doesn't exist within that month (e.g. September 31), the billing date will be brought forward to the day before (e.g. September 30).
What happens if all Hubbl-billed apps are billed on the same day?
They’ll have the same billing date, but will be billed separately and in a random order.
Note: Hubbl cannot change the dates in which you're charged for apps.
What if I’ve added other apps on another day?
If you’ve added another app that’s billed by Hubbl on a different day, each subscription will have different billing dates.
For example, if you added one Hubbl-billed app on March 10 and another on March 12, the first app will be billed on the 10th of each month, while the second will be billed on the 12th of each month.
Can I change the date I'm billed?
It’s not possible to change your billing date or make a separate payment. Your subscription auto-renews for the next month based on the date you first signed up.
How can I view which apps I’ve been billed for?
You can view Hubbl-billed charges online in My Account:
- Log in to My Account.
- Under My Billing, select Billing & Purchase History.
- Here, you can see each app as its own line item, including the payment method used and amount.
Note: Billed by Telstra? Follow the above steps to view charges in My Account. If you’re billed by another third-party provider, please refer to the provider to view charges.
How will charges display on my bank statement?
Each charge will appear separately on your bank statement, even if they share the same billing date. For example, if you’re subscribed to BINGE, Netflix and Kayo Sports, you'll see each subscription charged separately as “Hubbl - BINGE”, “Hubbl - Netflix” and “Hubbl - Kayo Sports” on your bank statement, regardless of whether they’re billed on the same day.
What if I have a gift card or credit on my account?
Hubbl will automatically draw the monthly payment for any Hubbl-billed apps from the gift card or credit balance on your Hubbl account before drawing from your nominated payment method.
How can I access my invoices?
