Check power supply
If the device is connected to an energy-saving power board, try plugging it directly into the wall.
Check the power light on the front of the Hubbl device.
If there’sa red/white light, skip to the next step.
If there’sno light:
- plug the device into a different power point to see if there's a problem with the power supply to that power point
- plug another device into the power point.
If the other device doesn't work, there may be a problem with the power socket supply rather than the Hubbl device.
Check Hubbl remote power
To ensure the remote batteries are working, check for a white backlight behind the buttons on the remote. It can help to slightly cover the buttons with your hand.
If you can see a backlight, make sure there is a clear line of sight between the remote and the Hubbl device. If there is, skip to the next step.
If you can’t see a backlight, try pressing any button. If there's still no light, remove the back cover of the remote and check the battery compartment to ensure there’s no leftover paper covering the battery.
Note:The remote comes with paper to protect the battery. If not fully removed, small pieces can be left behind.
If there’sstill no backlight, continue with troubleshooting.
